This class is ideal for women in any trimester of pregnancy through two years postpartum. We will practice relaxing, strengthening, and restorative yoga poses along with breath and Kundalini for self awareness and empowerment. We will cover topics including body image, our sexual and pelvic floor health, mood, sleep, shifting identity and relationships. This series is an opportunity to develop a community of sisterhood to support us through this transformational time of life.
